Terms & Conditions
Returns:
Goods may only be accepted for refund provided they are in full, unopened boxes, in good condition, returned within 28 days and accompanied by the original invoice.Please note there will the no refunds on non-stock items or special orders. All returns will incur a 15% handling charge.
Payment:
Payment upon delivery is not accepted.
A 50% deposit shall be made upon ordering and the balance payed once a delivery date has been confirmed.
Delivery:
We recommend that goods be inspected within 2 working days. No liability will be accepted for discrepancies or damages after this period. No liability will be accepted for any discrepancies once the tiles have been fitted.
Cancellations:
Any changes or cancellations that are made on the order, just be discussed within 72 hours of the order being placed. No changes can be made to the order after this period. Cancellations will not be accepted after 72 hours of the initial order process. After this time, all products will be dispatched and delivered direct to site.
